In the event that: such affidavits and releases are not signed; any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or the winner otherwise declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Communion Angels sole discretion. Competitions entered on sites other than the Communion Angels Website and its sub-pages are not bound by these Official Rules. Communion Angels reserves the right to modify scheduling of any Communion Angels or partner-sponsored Competition without prior notice at any time and for any reason. Communion Angels reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Communion Angels or partner sponsored Competition without notice at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination, suspension or modification of a Competition, Communion Angels may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who have validly entered the Competition by that time.
