We have two different measuring guides, the first being for our ready made dresses and the second for our  custom tailor made dresses. We need more measurements for the tailored dresses to ensure the perfect tailored fit, whereas the ready made dresses require less to be taken. These guides take you through step by step and both include detailed diagrams to help you locate the exact spots you need take measurements from and to. Please remember to add an extra inch or so to the chest, waist and hip sizes to allow for lax space, this ensures comfort and maneuverability when the garment is worn. If you require a petticoat don't forget to add an extra 1.5 - 2 inches to the length because the dress will be raised up slightly when worn together.

Once these measurements have been taken we would advise that you double check them afterwards, we want you to get the right dress first time to avoid any possible delays if we need to re-order for you. Please also note that if you order a tailor made dress and the sizes you give us are incorrect we cannot refund or exchange due to the nature of the custom build, your statutory rights are not affected.
