How to Order - I'm sure you've noticed that we haven't got a shopping cart system, well call us old fashioned but we like to take our orders by phone. We like to talk to our customers, to make certain we have every detail of your order just as you'd want it. Please take down all of the required measurements, if you need more help click on How to measure. If you're still unsure or uneasy about doing this yourself, call us and we'll be happy to help. Along with those measurements we'll need your full name, phone number and full details of your order.

Easy Payment Options - We accept all major credit & debit cards via PayPal (www.paypal.co.uk) No need to be a registered user

Payment by post - We are happy to accept most forms of payment, including UK Cheque, cash and postal order payments via the post. If sending cash or postal orders, please remember to send them via insured delivery as we cannot be held responsible for losses. Postage Information - Please note that our UK standard service insures the contents of your parcel up to a maximum of £39 and is not a guaranteed service.  For an additional fee of £3.00 we will use the Royal mail Special Delivery service. This ensures the contents up to a maximum of £500 and is guaranteed for delivery before 1pm the day following posting. A very worth while investment for complete piece of mind and a faster delivery service.
