of purchase prior to placing your order. These regulations
are here to protect your rights as a consumer, as a valued
customer and ours as a reliable supplier.
All custom
tailored sales are final and cannot be cancelled or altered
after an order is taken. - Due to the custom nature of
this merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds
unless defective. In addition, our vendors are unable
to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order
once it has been placed. All of these dresses are size/seam
checked and photographed prior to shipping to confirm build
quality.
Please be sure
of the style, size, colour, and other specifications
before submitting your order. Standardized dye lots cannot
be guaranteed for orders of multiple gown styles, it's rare
but very slight variations can occur.
Ordering
Online - Orders may be placed via email or via the
telephone, please make certain you have the measurements at
hand prior to placing your order as incorrect size orders
just cause delays and you could be at risk of missing your
deadline. Contact us to clarify or check our measuring
guides for further assistance.
Upon
submitting your order, you will receive an immediate email
acknowledgement of your purchase, an order confirmation is
then e-mailed to you within 7-10 business days. The order
confirmation will verify the style, size/s, colours,
quantity, and the estimated shipping time frame of your
order.
