Postal Orders - Orders may be placed via post by printing and completing an order form and mailing it along with your payment to the attention of our sales Department. Please include an e-mail address. Upon receipt of your order, an acknowledgement of our receipt of your order will be sent. Your payment will be processed, and an order confirmation will follow within 7-10 business days.

Order Confirmations - The acknowledgement of your order confirms the order and payment have been submitted into our system. The payment will take 24 hours to fully process. The customer order confirmation will be e-mailed 7-10 business days after the order has processed in our system. Be aware that this time frame may vary due to manufacturer response.

The order confirmation will verify the vendor, style, size, colour, quantity, and the estimated shipping time frame of your purchase. The time frame provided in the confirmation is an estimate of when the manufacturer will be shipping the order to our location. Please be aware that this time frame is an estimate from the designer. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, manufacturers do not guarantee their delivery dates, however we do our best to get it to you in the time frame allocated.
