Order Confirmations continued - Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. Most often, orders arrive at or before their approximate ship date. On occasion, there may be a slight delay in production. This is rare and would not exceed more than a few weeks. Please allow the 7-10 business days for receipt of your order confirmation.

Shipping - All shipping addresses must be specific and complete. Please include business name, apartment information, and and/ or suite number. Any changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our shipment of the order to you. Packages are shipped via registered mail and are insured, but free deliveries are only insured for a maximum of £32 as standard. Please request special delivery for an additional £5, it not only covers your purchase for up to £500 but it's a faster delivery service as well. If this is not selected at the time of purchase we cannot be held responsible for subsequent losses.

We cannot ship to P/O boxes, we emphatically suggest you consider using your work address as the shipping address if there is no one available at you residence during the day to sign for and accept the package.
