When to Order - Special orders take up to 16 weeks for delivery from the designer. Quick delivery orders from our ready made collections are shipped from our location within 1 to 4 weeks of the purchase depending on availability. Please place your order as far as in advance of your event date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. We do not provide alterations for online orders. We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area experienced in bridal and formal gowns.

Arrival Of Order - Upon receipt of your order at our location, our Shipping Department will verify the order is correct and arrange for its shipment to your specified shipping address. Orders shipped within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail, those outside the UK are sent via Parcel Force. A shipping confirmation will be emailed verifying an order has been shipped to the customer. Please allow for 7-10 business days for delivery from our location. Upon arrival of your order, we ask that you inspect your merchandise immediately. If you have any questions regarding your merchandise, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days. *Please note 7 day grace return period does not apply with custom tailored dresses, this does not affect your statutory rights.
